At Ağırman automation is applied to repetitive production steps where consistent handling, measurement and process adjustment are important for automotive serial production.

Automation is used in selected applications for part handling, automatic inspection and machine adjustment. These systems help reduce variation in repetitive operations and allow dimensional changes to be identified and corrected earlier in the production process.

The level of automation is selected according to the component, production volume and process requirements. Depending on the application, robotic handling, automated measurement and machine adjustment can be used individually or combined within the same production cell.
