CNC turning is a core manufacturing process at Ağırman for high volume production of precision automotive components. Our machine park includes Swiss type, horizontal and vertical CNC lathes, providing different production options according to component geometry, dimensions and production requirements.
Our turning experience includes gear shafts, reverse gear shafts, bar shafts, bushes, sleeves, pins and HVAC valve components, as well as safety critical shaft applications. Depending on the component, turning can be combined with drilling and milling within the machining process.
