CNC Milling

CNC milling at Ağırman is used for automotive components requiring precise hole positions, machined surfaces, complex shapes and multi side machining. Our machine park includes vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers suitable for aluminum, forged and cast parts.

Our milling experience covers brackets, supports, steering related components and other precision machined parts. Typical operations include face and contour milling, drilling, tapping and boring.

For CNC milling, dedicated fixtures and workholding are used to position the component securely and consistently during machining. Depending on the part, machining sequences, rotary table and double pallet configurations are applied to support multi side machining, reduce handling and improve production efficiency.
