Tool management is an important part of reliable serial production. At Ağırman Makina automatic tool storage and measurement systems help ensure that cutting tools are available, correctly set and ready for production.

Our automatic tool storage system provides product based tracking, minimum stock monitoring with automatic notifications and controlled access.

Before production, tools are checked using a high precision camera based measurement system on the X and Z axes. The system supports tool wear analysis with ±2 μm repeatability, and measurement data can be transferred directly to CNC machines.

For customers, this means more consistent machining, lower risk of tool related production interruptions and greater reliability throughout serial production.
