Ağırman’s Measurement and Inspection Laboratory supports process development, serial production control and final product verification. Measurements are performed throughout production, not only at final inspection, to verify critical characteristics and identify dimensional or process changes when they occur.

Depending on the component and its requirements, inspection can include dimensional measurement, geometric and form verification, contour measurement, optical measurement, surface hardness testing and effective case depth measurement. The required checks are defined according to the drawing, manufacturing process and customer requirements.

Measurement results also support production decisions. When results show that a characteristic is moving away from its target, production and quality teams can review the information and take appropriate action before the issue continues through further production.

Measurement requirements and results are recorded and maintained digitally, providing documented inspection evidence for production control, customer requirements and quality investigations.

For customers, this provides reliable measurement data to confirm that components meet requirements throughout serial production.
